Civil Engineer / Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer/Technologist to join our clients team in Cape Town.
As a Civil Engineer/Technologist, you will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and management of water and wastewater treatment projects.
Key Responsibilities: Lead or participate in various stages of civil engineering projects, including: Project inception and feasibility studies Preliminary and detailed engineering design Contract document preparation Contract administration Construction monitoring and quality assurance Assist clients with project development and alternative solutions.
Maintain ISO 9001 quality assurance standards.
Perform complex civil engineering designs, including water and wastewater treatment systems.
Review and provide technical support for project designs.
Prepare cost estimates and manage project finances.
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor of Science in Engineering or B-Tech degree in Civil Engineering (required) 8-10 years of experience in municipal engineering projects, with a focus on water and wastewater treatment Experience in project management, contractual administration, and design Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in civil engineering design software ( Civil Designer advantageous) Registration with ECSA (advantageous) If you are a passionate and experienced Civil Engineer/Technologist, we encourage you to apply.
