PR Civil EngineerA highly reputable company located in Rivonia, Gauteng is seeking a PR Civil Engineer to join their team.As a PR Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various civil engineering projects, including roads, stormwater, geometrics, sewer, and pavements.The role requires strong technical expertise, excellent project management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.Responsibilities:Design roads, stormwater, geometrics, and pavementsPlanning, investigating engineering problems, and finding solutionsAnalysis and design of all related infrastructureOverseeing the production of drawings and other related infrastructure componentsSite inspection and supervisionChecking and verifying engineering details on drawings produced by the drawing officeAnalysis and design of roads, water, sewer, and other related infrastructure, manually and using design softwareTraining and supervision of Technicians and junior engineersChecking of draughting work, general arrangement drawings, and detailsRequirements:Bachelor's degree (B-Tech or B-Eng) in Civil Engineering or a related fieldProfessional registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA)3-5 years of post-registration experience in civil engineeringStrong knowledge of civil engineering principles, design standards, and construction practicesProficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management toolsComputer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsPR, CPM advantageousSANRAL experience advantageousPractical training from an established firmTheoretical knowledge obtained from a recognized South African University or international institution verified by (HSRC or CETA or ECSA)Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyValid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as requiredBenefits:Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
