Civil Engineer (Registered) Or Civil Technologist (Registered)

Duties: Experience and understanding of statutory approval processes (e.g. City of Tshwane, Johannesburg Roads Agency, Johannesburg Water, etc.). Planning and/or conceptual design, detail design, specification, procurement process administration and contract administration of projects. Carrying out measurements and valuations to produce accurate project schedules, quantities and valuations at all stages of a project. Excellent technical writing skills, with good communication and time management skills. Work well in a dynamic team environment and able to function independently with limited guidance. Suitable candidate must have a valid drivers license and own vehicle, candidate must be willing to travel to remote sites. The candidate will also play role in the review of work and the mentoring of staff as part of our team. Requirements: Experience in AutoCAD, Civil3D, WaterMate and PipeMate or similar design packages will be an advantage Qualifications And Experience: BSc /B Eng /BTech in Civil Engineering Candidate must be professionally registered with ECSA as a Pr. Engineer or Pr. Technologist Min eight years post-graduation experience. Min 3 years post registration experience
