Civil Engineer (Principal)

Responsibilities Include the following:Manage commercial, quality, resourcing, scheduling, and technical risk during project lifecycle.Experience in professional services tendering and agreements.Experience and understanding of statutory approval processes.Lead and manage multiple design teams, including a willingness to mentor junior staff members.Work well in a team environment.Strong communication and people relation management skills.Must be a natural leader who is able to motivate and inspire all staff members.Candidate must have a valid driver's license, own vehicle, and be willing to travel to remote sites.
