Civil Engineer (Principal)

Responsibilities Include the following: Manage commercial, quality, resourcing, scheduling and technical risk during project lifecycle.
Experience in professional services tendering and agreements.
Experience and understanding of statutory approval processes.
Lead and manage multiple design teams, including a willingness to mentor of junior staff members.
Work well in a team environment.
Strong communication and people relation management skills.
Must be a natural leader who is able to motivate and inspire all staff members.
Candidate must have a valid drivers license, own vehicle and willing to travel to remote sites.
