Qualifications and experience:



Candidate must have a B Eng/BSc Eng in Civil Engineering. Candidate must be registered as a Professional Civil Engineer Candidate should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in the planning, procurement and administration of municipal services



Responsibilities:



Manage commercial, quality, resourcing, scheduling and technical risk during project lifecycle. Experience in professional services tendering and agreements. Experience and understanding of statutory approval processes. Lead and manage multiple design teams, including a willingness to mentor of junior staff members. Work well in a team environment. Strong communication and people relation management skills. Must be a natural leader who is able to motivate and inspire all staff members. Candidate must have a valid driver's license, own vehicle and willing to travel to remote sites.
