Civil Engineer Or Civil Technologist (Registered) - Civil Infrastructure

I am currently recruiting for a civil engineer with experience in the design of civil infrastructure i.e. bulk earthworks, roads, stormwater and sewer. This person should be a registered technologist or engineer.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Between 5 to 10 years of post qualification experience in civil engineering
Professional registration with ECSA is beneficial
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, IDAS and other design software
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, codes, and standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
