Civil Engineer

Need the following requirements:* BSc/B Eng/ BTech in Civil Engineering* ECSA registered* Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within the mining environment* Clean record with a valid COF or the ability to obtain a certificate of fitness* Able to commence duties on short notice* Must be in possession of a valid code 14 drivers lisence* Computer literacy ( MS Office, Autocad, Prokom & Projects)* Ability to maintain sound interpersonal relations with client, company* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines* Ability to plan, lead, execute and organize tasksOverview:* To manage from plant to pit for the preparation, installation and construction of in-pit deposits (tailings storage facility)* All related civil earthworks e.g. excavations, dozing* Slurry / re-mine pipelines* Concrete worksKey Responsibilities:* Site supervision* Site quality control management* Programme / project management* Technical advise* Inspections* Progress reports* Ensure compliance to all Health and safety and environmental rules on site* Consult, interact with clients to optimize operating specifications
