Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Management: Oversee and manage a team of 6 Junior Civil Engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring project deadlines are met.Design & Drawing: Lead the design and drawing process for Roads and Water projects, ensuring all designs are compliant with industry standards and client specifications.Report Writing: Prepare, review, and finalize technical reports, ensuring they are clear, concise, and informative for clients and stakeholders.Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects, from initial planning stages through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction.Quality Assurance: Ensure all engineering work is of high quality, adhering to safety standards, and compliant with relevant regulations.Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
