Cipc Annual Returns Administrator

Details of the offer

Main responsibilities and accountabilities:

Preparation of Beneficial Ownership Registers and all supporting documents.
Sending of letters and reminders for Beneficial Ownership Reporting.
Submission of Beneficial Ownership Registers to CIPC.
Communicating with clients and sending confirmation certificates.
Filing of all Beneficial Ownership records.
Maintenance, updating and upkeep of Beneficial Ownership Lists and Reports.
Verification of Share Registers.
Updating and capturing of Share Registers.
Updating of GreatSoft.
Assist with Annual Returns as and when required.

Experience and qualifications:

Matric
3 - 4 years' experience within a processing environment
Experience within an Audit and Accounting firm (preferred)
Comprehensive knowledge of shareholding and in particular:
Interpreting and understanding Share Registers
Accurate capturing of historic shareholding
Share allotments / transfers / buybacks
Authorised share capital changes
Experience with Beneficial Ownership Reporting to CIPC (advantageous)
Experience with Annual Returns and supporting documents (preparation and submission)

Knowledge competencies:

Working knowledge of GreatSoft, Excel, Adobe, Word
Excellent written and verbal communication
Knowledge of company legislation
Knowledge of a business environment
Must keep abreast of industry changes and new developments
