Cipc Annual Returns Administrator

Main responsibilities and accountabilities:Preparation of Beneficial Ownership Registers and all supporting documents.Sending of letters and reminders for Beneficial Ownership Reporting.Submission of Beneficial Ownership Registers to CIPC.Communicating with clients and sending confirmation certificates.Filing of all Beneficial Ownership records.Maintenance, updating and upkeep of Beneficial Ownership Lists and Reports.Verification of Share Registers.Updating and capturing of Share Registers.Updating of GreatSoft.Assist with Annual Returns as and when required.
Experience and qualifications:Matric3 - 4 years' experience within a processing environmentExperience within an Audit and Accounting firm (preferred)Comprehensive knowledge of shareholding and in particular:Interpreting and understanding Share RegistersAccurate capturing of historic shareholdingShare allotments / transfers / buybacksAuthorised share capital changesExperience with Beneficial Ownership Reporting to CIPC (advantageous)Experience with Annual Returns and supporting documents (preparation and submission) Knowledge competencies:Working knowledge of GreatSoft, Excel, Adobe, WordExcellent written and verbal communicationKnowledge of company legislationKnowledge of a business environmentMust keep abreast of industry changes and new developments Personal competencies:Ability to work independently as well as part of a teamSelf-motivatedAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesFast learnerTask orientedStructured and organizedWillingness to learnPositive attitude towards workClear communicationBuild and maintain good relationships with colleagues and clientsAccountable and responsible
