Job Purpose: Exco Member Manage business performance of the Group (IT perspective) against longer term strategic and regulatory objectivesDevelop and ensure planning and execution of integrated Information Technology strategiesPlan and utilise the available skills for maximum effectiveness and productivitySupport and guide relevant workstreams (outside IT) to achieve operational successManage communications, internal clients, projects, budgets and resources as necessary for the portfolioAdvice the Board on future digital strategies and global trends relevant to the Healthcare industryInformation Technology Strategy and ManagementDefine, update and implement CHGs IT strategy and manage it across the organisationDefine IT performance metrices based on the CHGs overall objectivesLead the development and delivery of strategic IT and Digital objectives in alignment to corporate goalsLead the design and customisation of technological systems and platforms to improve customer experienceEnsures the security of IT systems and ensures operations adhere to applicable laws and regulationsDevelop and oversee the implementation of a sound in-source / out-source strategyOversee the development and use the technology infrastructure (networks, systems and applications) at CHG to ensure optimal performance and cost effectivenessMitigate risk and prepare contingency plans Act as a key advisor to EXCO and Board on Human Resources related mattersIdentify short-, medium- and long-term risks and ensure mitigation strategies are in placeEnsure compliance with internal and external audit requirementsIdentify and manage CHGs IT risks and ensure governance frameworks and reporting systems are in place to delivery servicesLead and direct the IT functionLead strategic direction setting and strategic plan for sub-departments in the portfolio in alignment to the companys vision, mission and valuesEstablish a functional performance management framework (annual department plan, roles and responsibilities) to enable annual goal trackingEnsure that all necessary tactical functions, policies and systems are defined, implemented and managed within boundaries and principles of strategic frameworksStreamline the disciplines in the department and drive alignment, collaboration and synergy between the various stakeholders to provide a comprehensive business solution; establish, integrate and enable the support services
