Key Responsibilities:Supplier Relationships:Develop and maintain relationships with chrome producers, mining companies, and other suppliers\Negotiate contracts and terms of supply, ensuring favourable conditions for the companySourcing and Procurement:Identify and evaluate potential sources of chromeManage the procurement process, including issuing requests for quotes (RFQs), assessing bids, and assist in finalizing contractsLogistics Coordination:Work closely with logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation and delivery of chromeAddress and resolve any logistical challenges or disruptions that ariseReporting and Documentation:Maintain accurate records of transactions, contracts, and communications with suppliersPrepare reports on procurement activities, market trends, and performance metricsMinimum requirements:A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related fieldProven experience in the specific commodity marketStrong understanding of market trends, economic factors affecting supply and demand, and commodity-specific dataProficiency in financial software, market analytics tools, and standard office applicationsKnowledge of regulatory requirementsStrong negotiation skillsAbility to maintain ongoing client relationships
