Responsibilities
Claims services.Replying to incoming email enquiriesCommunication & claims processing arrangements for medical and travel insurance claims.Efficient 'start to end claims' handling including data entry and invoice assessment.Provide friendly and outstanding customer serviceRespond to enquiries in a timely and efficient mannerWork efficiently in a multilingual and multicultural team
