You are required to manage, train, and develop your team members while working within all budgeted guidelines and ensuring all P&P and SOPs are adhered to. You shall be responsible for driving sales to maximize the budgeted revenue and developing the menu with other members of the F&B team. You need to ensure communication meetings are conducted.QualificationsDiploma in Hotel Management and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the same capacity with international luxury hotel chains.
