Job DescriptionYou are responsible for managing the restaurant operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience and achieve monthly revenue targets. You are required to manage, train, and develop your team members while working within all budgeted guidelines and ensuring all P&P and SOPs are adhered to. You shall be responsible for driving sales to maximize the budgeted revenue and developing the menu with other members of the F&B team. You need to ensure communication meetings are conducted.
QualificationsDiploma in Hotel Management and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the same capacity with international luxury hotel chains. Able to comply with all Food & Beverage brand standards and meet financial targets.
