Hours- Day and Night shifts
Day to day management of all operational activityContribute to the planning, delivery and review of servicesTake part in the programme of service and establishment inspectionsSupport manage the Home's budgetReport all accidents and incidents, identify hazards and initiate risk assessmentsEnsure effective communication with all staff by setting up team briefs and meetingsTake part in new staff inductionWork with other agencies to provide the necessary care and servicesSupport, inform guide and instruct all staff, deliver training plans where neededProvide employees copies of appropriate guidance such that all employees are aware of what may constitute abuse or neglect of children or vulnerable adults, are aware of their duty to report such concerns and comply with this dutyProvide a safe and caring environment for young peopleReport all concerns about the childrenRequirements
