Job Title: Chief Researcher
The Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) is seeking a highly skilled Chief Researcher to join its team in Pretoria or Cape Town.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading research projects that focus on transforming educational outcomes and increasing economic participation.

Lead research projects that aim to improve educational performance and learning outcomes.
Conduct research to understand social, spatial, and structural obstacles to economic participation.
Develop and implement transdisciplinary approaches to evidence generation for equitable quality of life outcomes.
Contribute to the development of ecological and transformative food value chains.
