Chief Operations Officer - International Payments FinTech
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chief Operations Officer to lead our international payments FinTech in Cape Town, driving operational efficiency and company growth.
About the Role
As Chief Operations Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and processes that improve operational efficiency, drive company growth, and mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and drive growth
Manage and mitigate operational risks
Lead and develop a high-performing operations team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

Requirements

Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA degree advantageous)
10+ years of experience at management level, preferably in a similar B2B operations-focused role
Solid experience and exposure to the FinTech, Payment, or Card industry, with a strong understanding of its products, regulatory requirements, and challenges
Experience working in African markets advantageous
