Your Role: As the COO, you will spearhead various key functions, including sales operations, BPO operations, training, compliance, campaign management, planning, QA and verification, facilities, and information technology. Key Qualifications: Post-graduate qualification in a relevant field Minimum of five (5) years of commercial experience in the financial services industry At least five (5) years of experience in a business process outsourcing (BPO) business, ideally with international clients A strong background in sales is essential Strong numerical and analytical skills Proven track record in leadership and team building, adept at managing a diverse workforce
