Chief Operating Officer

Seeking a seasoned executive to lead day-to-day operations, drive business growth, and ensure delivery of high-quality security services.
The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for overseeing the operational functions of the company, ensuring efficient delivery of services, meeting client expectations, and complying with relevant regulations.
The role involves strategic planning, leadership, and continuous improvement of operational processes, while maintaining profitability and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operational functions and ensure efficient delivery of services
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability
Lead and manage large teams and complex operations
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
Develop and manage budgets and financial reports

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Experience in the security industry, preferably in a senior operational role
Proven track record of managing large teams and complex operations
Experience in financial management, including budgeting and financial reporting
