The COO will be responsible for delivering the company's security and hygiene services efficiently, meeting client expectations, and adhering to all relevant regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Extensive experience in a senior operational role within the FMCG industry, specifically in Facility Management - Contract Cleaning.
Proven track record of managing large teams and complex operations.
