What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) You'll lead and optimise daily operations to ensure projects are executed on time and to the highest standards. Your operational leadership will span the complete project lifecycle, from initial design to post-installation maintenance, while driving compliance with key industry standards. What you'll need To be considered, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 3 years of leadership experience in the renewable energy industry. You'll have demonstrated success in managing solar or similar commercial energy projects, with a focus on profitability and team development. Knowledge of South African regulations (SANS, NERSA) is essential, as is experience in structuring Power Purchase Agreements. Your strong decision-making skills and ability to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution will make you the ideal fit.
