Chief of Staff Position Title: Chief of Staff

Location: Global - Remote

Salary: Competitive Base & Bonus - DOE & Location

Working Rhythm: Officially it's 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday. Unofficially? You should expect to be connected a lot more than that!

Contract Type: Full-time Contract

Reporting To: CEO

Travel: Up to 10% regional/international travel required.

Start Date: ASAP

Operational Efficiency: Be the engine that ensures the CEO's office runs smoothly, from managing priorities to streamlining key processes. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the CEO's strategic vision is executed by managing and overseeing company-wide projects and key initiatives. Lead operational and administrative support, acting as a gatekeeper and advisor to the CEO. Collaborate with department heads to drive key deliverables, ensuring cross-functional alignment and accountability. Facilitate leadership meetings and follow-up actions to ensure all strategic objectives are achieved. Oversee communication between the CEO's office and key external stakeholders to maintain strong partnerships. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. MBA preferred. 8+ years of leadership experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in high-growth startups or tech industries. Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale cross-functional projects with strong project management skills. Exceptional problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work across international markets and cultures, particularly in the US, Europe, and Africa. Proven ability to navigate high-pressure environments and make strategic decisions efficiently. Excellent English language skills (both written and verbal). Why Nexford?
