About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to join our team at Sagan. As a key strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, you will play a critical role in ensuring alignment across the organization and driving essential initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning: Collaborate closely with the CEO to define and implement the company's strategic objectives, tracking progress on key initiatives to ensure alignment with broader business goals.Project Management: Lead and coordinate back-office/admin type projects, ensuring resources are well-coordinated and deadlines are met. Oversee project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Executive Communication: Prepare executive presentations, reports, and communications for both internal and external stakeholders. Act as a key liaison between the CEO and other executives, ensuring clear and consistent communication.Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements using software and AI tools to boost efficiency across the organization. Maintain systems to track key business metrics and performance indicators.Vendor and Offshore Talent Management: Identify, onboard, and manage vendors and offshore talent to support business operations, ensuring outsourced tasks meet high standards and deadlines.Leadership Support: Coordinate team meetings, capture action items, and follow up on deliverables. Provide support to the CEO regarding business operations, corporate governance, and organizational development.Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including board members, investors, and partners.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small back-office team, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. Support the recruitment and development of key talent across the organization.Requirements5 years of experience in a strategic or leadership role, ideally in a high-growth or corporate environment.Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and driving business initiatives.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.Advanced proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.Experience using software and AI tools to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.Experience managing vendors and offshore talent.High emotional intelligence with the ability to build strong relationships.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Hyper-organized, proactive, and an over-communicator.Willingness to work US hours and manage teams across multiple time zones.Quick learner, especially with new tools like AI and software.Nice to HaveFamiliarity with QuickBooks and HubSpot.Experience in the AI or high-technology sector.Ability to influence and drive change across the organization.Please note that to ensure prompt processing of your application, we kindly request that you submit your resume and intro video in English format.
