About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to join our team at Sagan. As a key strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, you will play a critical role in ensuring alignment across the organization and driving essential initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning: Collaborate closely with the CEO to define and implement the company's strategic objectives, tracking progress on key initiatives to ensure alignment with broader business goals.Project Management: Lead and coordinate back-office/admin type projects, ensuring resources are well-coordinated and deadlines are met. Oversee project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Executive Communication: Prepare executive presentations, reports, and communications for both internal and external stakeholders. Act as a key liaison between the CEO and other executives, ensuring clear and consistent communication.Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements using software and AI tools to boost efficiency across the organization. Maintain systems to track key business metrics and performance indicators.Vendor and Offshore Talent Management: Identify, onboard, and manage vendors and offshore talent to support business operations, ensuring outsourced tasks meet high standards and deadlines.Leadership Support: Coordinate team meetings, capture action items, and follow up on deliverables. Provide support to the CEO regarding business operations, corporate governance, and organizational development.Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including board members, investors, and partners.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small back-office team, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
