The position of Chief Marketing Officer is vacant. The Chief Marketing Officer reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer and forms part of the Member Service and Experience Division. The position is based at Head Office in Pretoria.
The total remuneration package for this position is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
The Chief Marketing Officer will be required to drive the strategic direction and operational excellence of the Member Service and Experience Division by providing support to the Chief Operations Officer through the following key performance areas (KPA's):

Specific Skills Master/Postgraduate degree in related field.
Twelve (12) years of functional experience with at least five to eight (5-8) years in a highly strategic Marketing, Communications, and Client Relations senior role, including staff supervisory, budgetary, and management responsibility.
Strong understanding of the South African Healthcare and Medical Scheme Industry.
