Qualifications:
Extensive experience (5+ years) in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within the luxury beauty or a related industry.
Business degree in marketing.
Deep understanding of the luxury consumer, omnichannel marketing strategies, and the evolving digital landscape.
Demonstrated success in building and executing high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data-driven decision-making and performance measurement.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire teams and navigate a matrix organization.
