Chief Investment Officer

Required Qualifications and Experience: Qualifications: A post graduate degree in accounting, business management, commerce or finance. A Masters degree/CFA/ CA (SA) or similar level qualification will be advantageous. Participation in an Executive Leadership or Management Programme will be advantageous. Experience: A minimum of 8 years exposure in the financial services industry. A minimum of 4 - 5 years experience in structuring SME and/or private equity business investments. A minimum of 5 years operating at a senior management level at a medium to large organisation. Exposure to and experience in developing and implementing strategy. A solid track record in leading and managing senior employees as well as the ability to inspire and develop high-performing investment teams.
