ResponsibilitiesEnsure that the training syllabus is current as per the newest procedures.Plan and run pilot training courses.Develop procedures to qualify new pilots and check rides for incumbent pilots.Fly as internal pilot as and when requested.Maintain and update training files.Will be expected to go on deployment away from home from time to time.Qualifications & ExperienceCommercial pilot with instrument flight and instructor rating (does not need to be current)5 years' experience requiredKnowledge & SkillsProficient in Word, Excel and PowerPointSound knowledge of aviation technical standards and regulationsMinimum Level 4 English
