You will lead a team responsible for applications and infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of critical healthcare systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP and Bespoke Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), along with experience in billing systems and integration.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the hospital's objectives to enhance operational efficiency and patient care.Oversee the management and maintenance of applications and infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications systems.Lead the IT team in executing projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify IT requirements and propose innovative solutions to meet organizational needs.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards governing healthcare IT systems.Provide leadership and guidance on cybersecurity measures to safeguard sensitive patient data and maintain system integrity.Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to recommend investments that will drive continuous improvement and innovation.Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the IT department.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.Proven experience as a CIO or similar leadership role in a healthcare setting, preferably within a private hospital environment.Expertise in SAP and Bespoke Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with a track record of successful implementations and system integrations.In-depth knowledge of billing systems and experience in integrating them with other healthcare IT systems.Strong understanding of healthcare IT regulations and standards, such as HIPAA and HL7.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions.Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team building, coaching, and performance management.We offer competitive compensation and benefits.
