Chief Information Officer

Technical Skills:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT leadership roles, specifically within fintech or financial services
Familiar with the intricacies of card payment switching mechanisms and hardware security modules
Experience with terminal and Android software management is a must
A strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
You should be proficient in monitoring systems and site reliability engineering practices
You're not just an agent; you're leading a team with extensive leadership experience
Able to think on your feet, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong organizational and time-management skills are a must
You need to have experience with project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and ITIL.
The ability to develop and execute strategic IT initiatives is critical
You must have strong business acumen and understanding of the fintech industry
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
