Chief Human Resources Officer

Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive human resources strategy that is aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.Lead the company's recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives to ensure access to top talent.Manage the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs to support human resources operations and maximize efficiency and effectiveness.Ensure all HR functions are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.Oversee the company's performance management program, including providing guidance and support to managers on performance reviews and disciplinary action.Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.Develop and maintain positive employee relations by providing guidance and support to employees and managers.Requirements and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.10+ years of experience in human resources management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.Comprehensive knowledge of relevant human resources laws, regulations, and best practices.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.Able to think strategically and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders.
