Job Title: Chief Human Resources Development Manager
Location: Western Cape - Winelands District
Salary: R45 000 - R48 000 CTC
Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience.
5 years in a leadership role focused on HR development.
Relevant Administration and Time Management knowledge.
Forward-thinking leader who can align HR development strategies with the company's overall goals, fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and high performance.
Computer Literate (MS Office).
Good understanding of HR Processes, HR information systems, and Trade Unions.
HR Software and LMS experience.
Fluency in Afrikaans and English.

Responsibilities:
Leading and overseeing the strategic development, implementation, and management of all human resources development initiatives within the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:

Matric (Essential).
Degree in Human Resources Management/Industrial Psychology or related field.
Master's Degree or HR Professional Registration (Advantageous).
