This role will involve overseeing financial operations and ensuring the company's financial stability.Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth analysis to make accurate forecasts and provide insightful reporting to executives.Manage and maintain accurate financial reporting systems.Oversee audit and internal financial control operations to ensure compliance and efficiency.Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans that align with business objectives.Create detailed reports on financial performance, highlighting areas of improvement and success.Maintain inventory control management systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.Implement effective costing strategies to ensure cost-efficiency and profitability.Requirements:This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with a BCom Degree (Finance) and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have completed SAICA/SAIPA articles, possess strong management skills, and have experience working in a Group entity for at least 3 years. Additionally, they should be proficient in English and Afrikaans, and have stock exposure. Relocation assistance is provided for successful applicants.Estimated Salary: R1,200,000 - R1,500,000 per annum.
