The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO.Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe core responsibility of this role involves managing the finance operations within the organization. Additionally, as part of the senior leadership team, the successful candidate will contribute to the development, refinement, and implementation of the company's strategic goals.Requirements:Qualified Chartered Accountant (required)At least 5 years commercial experienceExcellent computer skills (Advanced Excel skills will be an advantage)Highly detail orientated and organizedAbility to demonstrate flexibility with changing prioritiesTeam player with strong interpersonal and communication skillsAnalyticalWorks well under pressureGood problem-solving skillsResponsibilities will include but not limited to:Manage the finance departmentAccounting responsibilities (all group companies)Tax planningCash flow forecasts and managementDebtor book analyses, reporting and oversightCompliance oversightHR oversight
