The CFO will be responsible for developing financial strategies, overseeing financial planning and budgeting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: In-depth understanding and application of accounting systems for general ledger generation. Responsible for accounting system management and financial reporting. Timely preparation and delivery of financial statements and quarterly fund reports. Comprehensive knowledge of all fund agreements and tax-related matters. Ensure company compliance and meet statutory obligations. Assist with fund structuring, fundraising, and administration functions. Manage and supervise finance staff, ensuring deadlines are met. Build and maintain effective communication with investors and other stakeholders. Requirements: A minimum of CA(SA) qualification required At least 5 years of experience in the financial services sector post-articles completion.
