Chief Financial Officer (Public Sector)

We are recruiting for a Chief Financial Officer (Public Sector) position.
Duties and Responsibilities: Maintaining a close liaison with the accounting authority and the executive team
Responding to changing needs for financial information and advice
Contributing to the financial aspects of the strategic planning process
Ensuring that internal financial targets and budgets are fully consistent with the strategic plan and relevant agreements with the Accounting Authority and other regulatory bodies
Managing working capital, assets and liabilities
Managing the accounting and finance staff
Managing expenditure
Managing revenue.
Qualifications: CA(SA) or CIMA qualifications
BCom degree or Equivalent qualification
National Diploma or No relevant qualifications
