Job Description Leading Property and Facilities Management company is seeking a well-qualified Chief Financial Officer. You must have experience at the executive level within the Property Management industry and be able to motivate and lead a large finance team.
Responsibilities Work closely with the Board and other Executives to execute on the Shareholder's ObjectivesDevelop high-quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectivesUndertake financial planning and analysis to drive growth and maintain financial healthCollaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsEnforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethicsIdentify and manage risks to achievement of company objectivesMaintain an up-to-date knowledge of applicable legislation and accounting requirements that impact company businessEnsure that financial systems, records and internal controls are in place to produce accurate and reliable financial reportsPreparation and presentation of monthly and annual financial reportsQualifications CA(SA)Skills Minimum of 5 years' experience in the industry
