Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends, benchmarks, and market dynamics to inform decision-making and enhance profitability. Commercial Acumen: Utilize your extensive experience to identify growth opportunities and streamline financial operations. Hands-On Leadership: Hit the ground running, bringing a proactive and self-sufficient approach to financial management. Qualifications: ACA qualified with significant experience in hospitality and/or the wine industry. Proven track record in a senior financial role, demonstrating commercial awareness and strategic insight. Exceptional analytical skills, coupled with a strong ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
