This is an exciting role for a candidate wanting to be more involved in strategic finance decisions and gain strong management exposure.
The candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing finance and be a qualified CA (SA).
The role is fully on site with no hybrid option.
The company is a family-owned personal care manufacturing company that exports internationally.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the Directors to make decisions regarding the company's financial strategy and operations.
Responsibilities Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO.Support the financial planning and analysis efforts.Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits.Prepare financial statements and reports.Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions.Manage relationships with banks.Qualifications 7-10 years of finance experience - MUST be within an FMCG manufacturing environment.CA (SA) preferred but CGMA will be considered.
