Chief Financial Officer

Roles and Responsibilities: Preparation, submission and presenting of various reports, analysis of financial results, performance against budget and other relevant information and advisor to the board. Working closely with the Managing Director on strategies and performance throughout the organisation. Financial Accounting (managing creditor efficiency and settlement, cash flows, ledger reconciliations, loan management, fixed asset management, preparation of annual financial statements in terms of MFMA and GRAP). Management Accounting (monthly reporting and analysis of results, formulating, budgeting and forecasting). Reporting to various internal and external stakeholders and funders. Preparation and management of the budgeting process and presentation to various stakeholders. Maximising consumer debtor collections. Oversee financial integration with rest of the group. Review and update financial controls, processes and procedures. Ensure accuracy and internal controls Working capital management. Cash flow management. Determining investment strategies.
