Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is looking to hire a Chief Financial Manager to lead their finance department.
This senior role is pivotal to the company's growth and success, overseeing all financial activities, ensuring financial integrity, and providing strategic insights to support the companys goals.
Duties: Oversee the entire financial function of the organization, providing leadership, direction, and strategy to the finance team.
Ensure that financial goals align with business objectives and support long-term growth and profitability.
Lead and manage financial operations across multiple currencies, ensuring accurate accounting, reconciliation, and reporting in an international context.
Provide strategic insights into currency risk management and optimize the companys approach to foreign exchange.
Ensure the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant.
Experience: At least 8 years of experience in a management position.
