It maintains a healthy finance penetration in excess of 60% and with a growing portfolio exceeding R 10.5 bn.As our current Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be moving into the next role within Scania Group, we are now looking for a successor.Job DescriptionReporting to the SFZ Managing Director (MD) and being a valued member of the management team, the CFO is responsible for the Finance Department. The Finance department handles the financial aspects of the company, including financial reporting, business control, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting to local statutory bodies and to Head Office in Sweden.Key Responsibilities Include:Active participation in formulating the company's strategy and supporting tactical initiatives.Development of financial and tax strategies.Managing the capital risk and budgeting processes.Managing the accounting, investor relations, tax, and treasury functions.Monitoring of cash balances and cash flow forecasts.Liquidity, funding and refinancing, and interest rate risk management.Statutory reporting.Managing contract activation and payout process.Ongoing co-development and co-monitoring of management control systems, internal controls, and compliance designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results to several stakeholders.Your ProfileWe are looking for an experienced Scania Manager with finance experience from a relevant position and practice.
