Job Title: Chief Financial OfficerWe are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at HRBEE SOLUTIONS.Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Group's financial team, taking responsibility for the overall financial function of the Group, and participating in and setting the strategic direction of the Group.Main Responsibilities:Lead the Group's financial team and ensure the delivery of high-quality financial reports and analysis.Develop and implement financial strategies, goals, and targets in line with Group and Allied Cluster strategy.Build relationships with stakeholders, including Shareholders, Bankers, Auditors, Regulatory Authority, and peers across the Bidvest Services Division.Maintain and improve financial systems, procedures, processes, and infrastructure.Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal obligations, including tax compliance.Provide advice and support to the board and CEO on strategic objectives.Manage forecasts, budgets, and financial reporting.Requirements:Relevant financial qualification at an appropriate level for the seniority of the position.Extensive experience in all aspects of the financial function.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven track record in building and leading a team.Proven track record in meeting deadlines and delivering under pressure.Preferred Qualifications:Chartered Accountant qualification (CA.SA).Previous experience as a Chief Financial Officer or similar position.
