Chief Financial Officer

DUR002170 – CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER – DURBAN Job Purpose: To encompass overseeing the company's assets, managing cash flow & producing internal and external financial reports.
Required Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant - Not negotiable At least 15 years' post qualification experience with 5 years experience as a CFO of a Large Corporation - Not negotiable Previous experience with finance/financial consolidations/annual financial statements and board reporting.
Required Technical Competencies & Experience: Timely and strategic plan execution Preparing of accurate forecasts & reports.
Reliable business counsel for operations Driving and controlling profits Executive supervision of smaller operations Managing group risk and risk controls Group executive, board, and shareholder reporting People management Group tax management and review Group legal management Behavioural Competencies Unquestionable integrity.
Confidentiality and discretion critical Able to work under pressure.
Strong analytical problem-solving ability.
High EQ: the capacity to interact with "difficult customers" at all levels in a constructive and growth-oriented manner without resorting to hostility or confrontation.
