Chief Financial Officer

Our client is seeking an experienced CFO to join their executive team and contribute to their continued growth and success. Leading the finance function, the CFO will provide strategic business partner, ensuring effective financial management to support the organization's objectives. The ideal candidate will report directly to the CEO and must possess a strong track record of strategic financial leadership, relevant experience, and a proven ability to drive results in a Manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:Providing strategic financial guidance and partnering with the executive team to drive business growth and profitability.Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accurate and timely reporting.Leading the Finance & IT teams and implementing best practices and efficient processes.Developing and maintaining strong relationships with relevant stakeholders and regulatory bodies.Driving financial accounting initiatives and ensuring effective communication with Board and EXCO.Monitoring financial performance, identifying risks, and developing mitigation strategies.Providing leadership in managing capital allocation, financial risk management, and treasury activities.Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to anticipate and respond to potential challenges and opportunities.Key Skills:Cosmetics industry experience will be a strong advantage.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data to drive business decisions.Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build relationships with Shareholders, EXCO, and various teams.Experience in Financial Accounting packages with Syspro being advantageous.Effective communicator, team player, a motivator, inspirer, and strong people leader.Qualifications:Chartered Accountant (SA).10 years of professional experience with a minimum of 5 years in a Finance management role.
