Job Description Our client is looking for a  Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to perform all financial and payroll related functions, to develop and implement the Company's financial strategy and operations by providing executive oversight, leadership, and strategic direction in the execution of financial activities at the organisation ;as per the attached.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Maintainin a close liaison with the accounting authority and the executive team Responding to changing needs for finanicial information and advice Contributing to the financial aspects of the strategic planning process Ensuring that internal financial targets and budgets are fully consistent with the strategic plna and relevant agreements with the Accounting Authorority and other Regulatory bodies Managing working capital, assets and liabilities Managing the accounting and finanvce staff Managing expenditure Managing revenue Requirements Experience: Minimum of 3 or more years of experience in a senior financial management role, such as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or similar, is essential.
Qualifications: BCom degree (or equivalent qualification) is required.
CA(SA) or CIMA qualification Public Sector Experience: 3 or more years of relevant experience in the public sector
