Serve as a liaison between the company and its key stakeholders.Financial Reporting: Provide financial reports to stakeholders at key reporting intervals (i.e. monthly flash reports, management accounts, quarterly audit committee and board packs and annual year end reporting packs).Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement risk management strategies.Budgeting and Forecasting: Compile annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and cash flow projections.Finance and Compliance Relations: Manage finance and compliance relationships between the company, its dealers, and subcontractors.Cost Control and Efficiencies: Manage and optimize business costs without compromising service or quality.Dealer and Subcontractor Agreements: Oversee dealer and subcontractor agreements, risk analysis, onboarding processes and reporting.Contract Management: Supervise major customer contracts, premises leases, and supplier agreements.Branch Financial Management: Oversee branch financials, set targets, and provide support.Business Area Support: Provide support to other departments such as Sales, Service, and Logistics in areas including pricing, rebate and commission structures, stock management, capital expenditure and procurement management.Banking and Financial Institutions: Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.Audit FacilitationDesired Skills:CA (SA)MBASAPDesired Work Experience:More than 10 years Executive Management / Director
