Job Title: Chief Engineering OfficerAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Engineering Officer to lead our Engineering team at E&D Recruiters. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and managing the direction and daily activities of the Engineering team.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Develop and manage the direction and daily activities of the Engineering team, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet business objectives.Process Improvement: Oversee process improvements to the product development process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.Leadership Development: Lead the development of reporting managers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.Department Development: Oversee the development of the department, ensuring that it is aligned with business objectives and is working effectively to meet those objectives.Stakeholder Management: Interact with all levels of company management, including senior leadership, to ensure that the Engineering team is aligned with business objectives and is working effectively to meet those objectives.Supplier and Customer Management: Work closely with key suppliers and customers to ensure that the Engineering team is meeting their needs and expectations.Requirements:Education: BEng-degree (mechanical or electronic or electrical or mechatronic)Experience: Minimum 15 years of engineering working experienceIndustry: Automotive industryLeadership Experience: Minimum 5 years proven track record of leading and mentoring a team.What We Offer:As a Chief Engineering Officer at E&D Recruiters, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, develop your leadership skills, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
