Responsibilities include:Managing engineering operations on fishing vesselsSupervising and training engineering staffEnsuring compliance with maritime regulationsMaintaining vessel maintenance schedulesLeading engineering teams to optimize vessel performanceCollaborating with fishing operations to maximize safety and efficiencyRequirements:Relevant experience in the fishing industry or merchant fleetStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentValid certification as a Chief Engineer (Fishing)
